Thank you for your interest the DuPont anxiety and related disorders practice. Dr. Robert DuPont, Dr. Caroline DuPont, and Elizabeth DuPont Spencer, LCSW-C, are a father and two daughters in private practice together. Our family has grown up with the treatment of Anxiety and Mood Disorders. Dr. Robert DuPont, along with Jerilyn Ross, were the co-founders of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. Together, the DuPont family has published two books and many articles on anxiety and addiction in academic journals. For years we conducted clinical trials of medications, participating in hundreds of clinical trials for most of the major medications used to treat anxiety and depression for the past two decades. Now we all focus our expertise and experience on our clinical private practice, writing and speaking.

We specialize in diagnosing and treating adults and children who have anxiety, mood and addiction disorders. These disorders are real, and they cause real suffering. Treatment is effective and many people experience significant relief from symptoms in only a few sessions. We work collaboratively with each patient to help you get the best treatment outcome. We provide both medication management and evidence-based therapy including cognitive-behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention. Please email or call for more information about how DuPont Associates can hep you get on with enjoying your life.

"Thanks so much for sharing your excellent presentation today. That was the biggest group we've had at a talk this year. I thought you shared very concrete info that people can use. Such an interesting field you're in. And such a nice, hopeful talk you gave. The man sitting next to me said he wasn't going to come but decided he couldn't declare himself too stressed out to attend a talk on stress. I know your thoughts were helpful to him and many others, myself included."
